THE QUICK DETAILS
A few good
things to know.
Is my first month really free?
Yes—the Wax Club product is free for your first billing cycle with TRYWAX. You pay shipping and any applicable taxes. After that, it’s $19.99/month plus shipping and applicable taxes. One use per customer; if you’ve used TRYWAX before, you can’t redeem it again.
Can I choose my scents?
Take the scent quiz when you sign up. We use your saved likes and dislikes to curate three full-size melts, plus free wax samples in every box. The exact trio is still a surprise. Scents in the photos are examples, not a guaranteed box.
How do renewals and cancellations work?
Wax Club renews automatically every month. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your customer account before your next renewal. Need a hand? Email hi@bewilderment.com.
Is this the same as Melt Mail?
Different clubs, same wax-loving family. Wax Club is three staff-picked melts from our current lineup plus samples. Melt Mail has four themed melts, a surprise non-wax treat, and a trinket.
Do I need a wax warmer?
Yep! Pop a cube in a wax warmer and let the fragrance do its thing. A warmer isn’t included. Follow your warmer’s instructions and turn it off when not in use.
Your next favorite isn’t
going to sniff itself.
